Casper is a 6 month old sweetheart of a puppy. He was found by our President tied to a parking lot fence at a Fire station with a phone charging cable.  He had a huge open wound on his leg and a wound on his neck. He was immediately taken to our vet for care.  His leg was splinted so the wound could heal properly.  Since Casper is deaf, he will need a patient adopter or someone with experience handling deaf dogs. Casper gets along well with all dogs, pigs, goats and donkeys.  He is definitely all puppy and full of energy. He would do best with an active family and no small children. He is neutered, heartworm negative with a proheart6, current on flea/tick prevention, and microchipped.  He is currently in a foster home in Shreveport, LA. We adopt often to the north east and use Pets LLC. Our adoption fee is $250. Transport fee is a separate payment of $160, paid directly to the transport company.
