Looking for the PERFECT home

Millie Mae, age 3.5 came into rescue with a broken neck. She had a rough journey during the healing process. Because of her injury, she kicks out her leg when she runs but I think it just makes her cuter. Millie has been with our President for 2 years so this will be a hard one to let go of which is why we are looking for the PERFECT home. Millie is fully vetted. She can’t jump on things or jump down from things/furniture so she must
be picked up. She is groomed by a rescue friend who understands her condition and doesn’t put a lead around her neck.
Millie is a free spirit and very independent. She does NOT like small/young kids because they are loud and get in her face. The ideal person/family would be home a lot, living a slower paced life and looking to spoil the sweetest girl! Millie likes a quiet home where she can get all the attention. She gets along with other dogs and cats but she likes to show them who’s BOSS (all 7lbs of her)!
